Our Sunday morning programs offer children the opportunity to learn about worship and participate in Bible study at their appropriate age level. 

 

Infants/Toddlers  Nursery

At 9am all Children Kinder through 5th will meet in Room 107 for Bible Study    Kick-Off and then at 9:25 will break up in their classrooms for Bible Study Applications.

At 10:20am, all Elementary Children will be brought out into the Sanctuary to prepare for KIDS TIME, a short devotional led by Pastor Joe Vivian. At the end of KIDS TIME, your children will be released to go sit with you during Family Worship. 

 

EHBC KIDS

Exists to partner with parents to make disciples. 

Kids who: Know Jesus, Live like Jesus and Make Jesus Known. 

 
Know Jesus: The Cross- We pray that kids will see their need for a Savior and enter into a personal relationship with Jesus by His grace and sacrifice on the cross.
                     The Bible- The relationship continues by getting to know God  through study of His Word. 
Live Like Jesus: The Heart- We pray that kids‘ hearts will be transformed as they love and serve others like Jesus. 
                           The Bible- The transformation continues as we change how we live by applying God’s Word to our lives.
Make Jesus Known: The Arrow- We pray that kids go into the world to communicate the love, hope and grace of the Lord to others. 
                                 The Bible- The communication continues as we point others back to the truth of Scripture.   

EHBC Nursery

 
Here in the Nursery Ministry, we believe you’re never too young to hear God’s Word. We provide a safe and stimulating environment for babies (newborns – 18 months) and toddlers (up to 3-years-old) to help each child grow physically, spiritually, and socially.
 
Each age group has their own classroom which is structured to meet each group’s individual needs. Our ministry is more than just “organized babysitting”, and our classroom environment allows time and opportunity for age-appropriate Bible study, including stories, songs, and craft projects that honor God.
 

As with all of our children’s programs, the Nursery Ministry has adopted – and follows – strict policies for worker and volunteer/helper qualifications, as well as sign-in and sign-out procedures. Parents (and/or grandparents) of little ones in the nursery are eligible to volunteer in our classes. Time commitments for volunteers are usually just 90 minutes every 4 to 6 weeks. All volunteers must fill out a volunteer form and pass a simple background check. We provide child care on:

  • Sunday Mornings 9:00 – 12:30

Father’s GYM

A ministry for Fathers and Sons from ages 4 years to 5th grade that meets every Wednesday night during the school year.  The fathers and sons will do activities, object lessons, projects as well as a Bible study together. Such projects could inlcude, but not limited to…  air rifle safety and marksmanship, model rockets, nerf wars, camping skills, fishing skills, and outdoor activities during the summer months.
