Financial Secretary
I have served as Financial Secretary for 27 years. My husband of 46 years is Ron Showalter. We have 3 married sons and five grandchildren.
Payroll and all other payments distributed by Eastern Hills are the responsibility of the Financial Office. A monthly financial report is prepared and is available to show income and expenses of Eastern Hills Baptist Church.
I post all contributions that are received, and I am responsible for sending contribution reports to each contributor. Contributions can be specified for budget expenses, or designated for a special offering or need.
When I am in the office, my office door is always open for members to drop by with any questions or concerns. As a service to our membership, I am also a Notary Public.
My favorite verse is Psalm 46:10a: "Be still, and know that I am God."
